Our client is a multinational company with a broad range of products and services. Based in the centre of Leeds they are close to all amenities including the train station and bus routes. They are looking for a corporate tax manager to undertake a high level corporate tax compliance role and to undertake advisory work on their portfolio of group companies.
Your role will involve calculating the tax figures for statutory reporting purposes, the preparation of complex group tax returns, dealing with HMRC enquiries, undertaking the tax work on planning and transactional projects e.g. due diligence work on acquisitions and disposals and dealing with cross border tax issues.
You should be ACA/CTA/ICAS qualified or a qualified Inspector of Taxes with a minimum of 5 years’ corporate tax experience including dealing with international tax issues. Experience of dealing with equipment leasing and vehicle leasing would also be advantageous but not a prerequisite.
