My client is an incredibly profitable, international law firm and wealth management structurer with offices in over 10 countries across Europe. The Swiss operations are expanding rapidly and service Ultra HNWIs, wealthy families, and successful entrepreneurs. They currently operate as a trust office but are looking to leverage off this client base and their international contacts, to grow a world class international private client offering. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years PQE and will be a confident networker and business developer looking to step up to immediate partnership. Alternatively, you will be an existing partner looking for a new challenge. No client following required. Base 180,000 CHF - 400,000 CHF ( Packages up to 550,000 CHF). If you are bringing a book of business/team then they are not restricted by an antiquated lockstep structure and will pay up to 1.6 million CHF.
