KennedyPearce is looking for a Head of Taxation Services. The team being lead is responsible for providing Fund Accounting taxation services to clients in respect of various vehicles including collective investment schemes. The primary services provided are:-
*Corporation Tax
*Income tax
*Pricing and accounts taxation reviews
*VAT, SDRT, CGT
The team consists of 9 staff and manages taxation deliverables for all UK Fund Accounting clients covering circa 350 OEIC, Unit Trusts, Investment Trusts, Life funds and equivalent investment entities.
The jobholder is responsible for the management of the taxation team and delivery of designated taxation and associated Fund Accounting services for clients' investment vehicles, including collective investment schemes.
