Our client, a leading blue-chip firm, is seeking to recruit a Head of Reward to join their team in the Asia Pacific region. You will manage the design, development and continuous improvement of reward policies in China for the realisation of people strategy at group level. You will have gained strong experience in a compensation and benefits role with a leading international brand and will ideally have worked in the region . A strong academic background (ideally tax or legal) is essential. You will also be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management experience in a current compensation role.
