In this role, you will develop and implement tax efficient cross border financing solutions, CFC structuring, group restructuring, profit repatriation strategies and advising on the tax aspects of international M&A deals for multinational corporations - across a range of industry specialisms: financial services and insurance, energy, pharmaceuticals, heavy industry and automobile, real estate and construction.

* Negotiation with the Australian Tax Office
* Design of tax and TP effective structures
* Build and maintain tax relationships with own clients and clients referred
* Responsibility for high quality delivery of tax advice and solutions to major clients
