Our client is a large FTSE 250 listed software company based in Hertfordshire. With operations spanning the globe and workforce in excess of 6000 they are in a prime position to offer you a rewarding and challenging career.

Reporting to the UK Finance Director you will be responsible for managing the group's debt facilities and cash assets, their exposure to foreign exchange and their interest rate risks. You will need to be a strong communicator to manage the relationships with lenders, advisors as well as internal departments at all levels with respect to Treasury matters.

As a qualified account or ACT professional with experience of managing an international treasury team you will have a proactive attitude and be eager to take on responsibility. Previous private equity or mergers & acquisition experience would be helpful but not necessary.
