Regus Plc is a FTSE 250 global leader in outsourcing of office services with approximately 960 centres across 72 countries in the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pac regions. The company wish to recruit a Group Tax Manager to report to the Group Finance Director to be responsible for all the tax affairs of the group.
In a broad ranging role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the group’s tax affairs are optimised and consistent with long term business strategy. You will also lead planning and structuring projects as well as providing tax advice on acquisition targets. In addition you will be responsible for controlling the tax accounting and compliance processes and developing transfer pricing policies.
The preferred candidate will be a commercially focussed qualified corporate tax specialist who has advised international groups, ideally with multi site operations and worked with tax authorities. You will also be an analytical problem solver with a confident, diplomatic communication style. With a background from working in house or for a professional services firm, you will have a desire to develop your skills and give tax a real presence in a fast moving entrepreneurial environment.
This is an exciting newly created role that requires an individual who is proactive, pragmatic and independently minded with the ability to influence and provide direction.
