With revenues in excess of £400 million and staff operating internationally, this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with a progressive organisation. This company is looking for a talented Group Tax Manager to bring a significant amount of its tax operations in house. This cost effective move presents a professional challenge to those interested, but one that will be most rewarding.
You key responsibilities will be to deal with the corporation tax affairs of the Group's UK companies. This will include preparation of accounts, liaising with HMRC and potentially looking at the due diligence of acquisitions. This is great role to get your teeth stuck into and will definitely add huge value to your career.
We are looking for an experienced corporate tax individual. There is no specified PQE, just demonstrable experience. Accountancy training is important, as is having an exposure to international or group dynamics. A CTA would be an added bonus, but not essential.
