The Role:
Following the recent appointment of a new Group Finance Director our client seeks to recruit a high calibre Group Tax Manager with the ability and drive to become a key part of the senior finance team.
The role will be responsible for tax planning, tax risk management, tax compliance, advising on tax opportunities and threats, liaising with and managing external advisors, providing tax input to M&A activity, keeping up-to-date with all relevant tax legislation in both UK and other territories and supporting Group Head of Finance with ad hoc requests
