To be considered you will ideally have:
* ACA/CTA qualification or equivalent qualifications or experience
* Strong academic background
* Tax experience gained within practice or commerce
* Strong business acumen and market awareness
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Experience of developing and maintaining client relationships
* Experience of managing staff and developing individuals
* Ability to plan and prioritise workload, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
