The transactions team provides a wide range of consultancy services for some of the world's largest multinational institutions and corporates. Their practice is responsible for advising clients on international tax structuring, financing solutions, product development, and mergers and acquisitions.
This role involves working in teams to assist corporate clients and their banking advisers in their tax planning and structuring, with specific focus on structured finance, and the application of cross-border financial instruments, derivatives, and structures. Projects are diverse and complex and encompass tax and treasury planning for large multinationals, including cross border debt structuring; merger and acquisition planning; and assisting in the structuring of commodity, interest rate and currency hedging transactions.

The Tax in Practice team is a dedicated brand of the Public Practice division. We recruit tax professionals of all levels, from newly qualified through to direct entry partners into the accountancy and legal professions, across the following disciplines: Personal Tax, Corporate Tax, International Tax, Indirect Tax, Employee Issues and Expatriate Tax.
The Tax in-House team focuses on the provision of tax professionals to the commercial and financial services sectors, providing recruitment solutions from part qualified ATT level tax assistants through to Heads of Tax with salaries ranging from ?25,000 to ?120,000 per annum across the following disciplines: Direct and Indirect Taxation, UK and International Taxation, Group Functions, In-house HR taxes specialists and niche roles such as specialists in banking products or insurance.
