| Description: | Our client, a fast- growing Private Equity and Investment Company specialising in emerging markets, is looking for a senior corporate administrator to support the management team. With a legal or accounting background your main duty will be the administration of a portfolio of offshore corporate structures across various jurisdictions including the Channel Islands, Caribbean, Cyprus and Luxembourg. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be the point of contact with external service providers such as Fiduciary, Tax, Legal and Accounting professionals. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in setting-up processes, conducting ad-hoc projects and enhancing the business performance of the company (through cost benefits scenarios, tax optimization, transfer-pricing, internal audit plan, etc). With 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, the successful candidate will be independent, dynamic, able to perform well in an entrepreneurial environment and is fluent in French and English.
