This Firm's expatriate tax team is currently hiring. The work on offer is for experienced expat tax professionals and will involve:
Analysis and advice to clients (HR managers) on international assignments, cross-border workers and taxation of remuneration and benefits;
Analysis and advice to expatriates on their personal Luxembourg income tax situation and taxation in other countries;
Day-to-day contact with the expatriates relating the preparation of the Luxembourg income tax return;
Preparation of Luxembourg income tax computation (e.g. salary split structures);
General handling and managing of tax files (including contacts with tax authorities);
Tax consulting relating international taxation (application of double tax treaties, residence status, social security aspects, work permit, etc.) and optimization of tax situation
Expat tax roles do not come up often in Luxembourg and we envisage significant interest in these opportunities.
