The role will sit within the HR Compensation and Benefits team and offers a broad range of work, including international and domestic mobility, cost planning and policy selection, expatriate compensation review, co-ordination of the tax season for UK and US and various ad-hoc projects. As this is a large team you will have ample room for progression, an element that is often missing from in-house expat roles.
