Due to continuing growth and significant new-business wins, an excellent opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding and thriving expatriate tax team with a leading London based firm. The firm offers an Expatriate Tax Manager the opportunity to progress in a team that is looking to expand.
You will provide all aspects of expatriate tax and international assignment advice, providing cross-border tax and social security advice, overseeing the provision of expatriate compliance services and developing a multi-disciplinary consulting service through working closely with colleagues throughout the firm.
The role:
-This is a client facing role and you will be involved in a broad range of tax projects and provide tax advice and consulting services to clients;
-You will also lead and manage your own diverse and interesting client portfolio including advising and guiding them on the planning and implications involved in international assignments and resolving their queries;
-You will be responsible for reviewing and signing out expatriate tax returns and conduct entry and exit consultations with senior expatriates;
-You will ensure delivery of quality work and take day to day leadership of the delivery team, coaching junior staff and ensuring that a technically excellent and practical/business approach is taken;
-You will assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to marketing and developing new business.
