Our client, a leading professional services company is looking to recruit an experienced Expatriate Tax Director to join their London based office.
The ideal candidate will have operational responsibility for specialist projects or client accounts or teams in specialist markets or geographies and you will be required to leverage expertise to strategically build profitable revenue growth in specialist area or across wider markets. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills when securing new work and conducting business transactions. Create value for the client by demonstrating thought leadership, bringing new insights and delivering service excellence and demonstrating commercial acumen and an understanding of opportunities in the market to achieve growth in specialist area or across targeted accounts.
The successful candidate will promote high quality in the execution of client work by employing best practice methodologies and processes. You will leverage organisational knowledge to improve service delivery and operational excellence and understand the key drivers affecting the business performance; complies and helps improve the firm’s operating practices.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager of both small and large high-performing teams and will be an experienced and enthusiastic coach. You will support the company’s values and approach to a diverse and inclusive working environment and may lead teams in specialist markets.
The successful candidate will have some of the below qualifications:
• ATT
• ACA
• CA
• CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA)
• Graduate / Graduate calibre or equivalent work experience.
You will be motivated to take a leadership role in their business in the future with technical excellence and experience in specific subject matter. You will have strong management skills with a commercial mindset and strong reputation in subject matter area. The successful candidate will have substantial specialist experience with professional services firm or leading employer and will be highly trained with relevant tertiary and industry qualifications. You will have an understanding of commercial risk and commitment to quality and risk processes.
