Managing a broad range of Social Security compliance and advisory work, the work undertaken by this team may relate to individuals moving to and from the UK or to moves anywhere else within the world.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Overseeing aspects of the established Certificate of Coverage service, including ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of tracking databases; dealing with day-to-day queries from internal and external customers relating to the process
Providing a mix of compliance and advisory services to clients
Be the main point of contact for certain clients
Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience
Ideally, some experience of expatriate tax/ NIC/ payroll, possibly in a client service or Civil Service environment
Demonstrable organisational and project management skills
Client-facing experience
