Duties and responsibilities:
- Providing ad hoc advice to members of HR on tax related matter and share plan issues.
- Involvement in the annual bonus preference process.
- Assisting and drafting new hire and termination contracts.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with other business functions.
- Preparing Form 42 and Form 35.
Candidate specification:
- ATT qualified or equivalent.
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits related accounting, legal and tax issues.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to work under pressure.
