This is an exciting role working as part of the European tax function in the West End of London starting in May 2008. The duration of this contact role is for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing guidance and Support to junior members of the team.
• CTSA deadlines and requirements.
• FRS 19 and other accounting issues.
• SOX documentation.
• Submissions to and correspondence with the UK Inland Revenue.
• UK tax planning; responsibilities for forecasting, monitoring and reporting.
• European tax provisions to Finance Departments.
• Providing tax numbers for UK statutory accounts for Holding Companies.
• Ensuring appropriate UK corporation tax payments.
• High level HMRC correspondence.
