Responsibilities
o As an Employee Issues Manager within this Big 4 Practice, you will provide advice to global and o UK based companies around the design, implementation and operation of their executive and employee share plans
o UK tax technical and accounting research
o Drafting share plans and other documents
o Assisting the Senior Manager in developing the St Albans practice
o The role could also include broader employment tax advice if you had relevant experience or interest in this area.
Qualifications
To be considered you must possess:
o ACA/ATT/CTA or with equivalent qualifications or experience
o Share plans experience
o Experience of assisting in developing and maintaining client relationships
o Excellent interpersonal skills
o Consideration will be given to less experienced candidates with a corporate tax or audit background who are keen to specialise in this area
