As a result of growth and ambition, this Big 4 firm is looking for more tax professionals to help drive its success by joining the Reading office. As an employment tax specialist, you will deal with a diverse range of high-profile clients, on projects that will present you with the kind of challenges and immediate responsibility that will fully stretch your skills.
Some aspects of your role:
-Building and maintaining relationships with clients
-Pro-actively working with the team to manage existing clients and winning new clients
-Get involved in business development and marketing activities, both internally and externally
-Advising on PAYE and NIC compliance consulting PAYE and NIC consulting (e.g. termination, relocation, redundancy), various incentive schemes (e.g. flexible benefits and car schemes etc), due diligence support for Transaction Services Group
-Reviewing work carried out by junior staff
-Managing complex projects
-Managing teams of people including coaching and developing junior staff.
