To take ownership of allocated employer solutions assignments in a way that meets and exceeds client expectations while taking responsibility for managing and developing the new team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing key employer solutions client portfolios and building and maintaining good working relationships with all colleagues and clients.
- Assisting in the production and presentation of proposals for new work.
- Motivating and coaching team members and providing feedback through regular communication and timely appraisal.
- Liaising with other departments to maximise client satisfaction. Consistently achieving deadlines and understanding the commercial implications of actions relating to productivity, recover-ability, fee income and client service.
Person Specification:
- CTA qualified or equivalent.
- Experience of employer solutions issues and applications.
- Highly motivated self starter.
- Demonstrates commercial awareness.
- Plans projects profitably.
- Communicates confidently and effectively with clients and staff at all levels.
