Rutherford Briant are currently recruiting an Employment Tax/Payroll Manager for a large firm of Chartered Accountants based in Cambridge.
The role will involve:
Developing the company's Employment Tax Services including helping clients reduce NIC costs and advising clients about PAYE issues
Help and oversee the running of the weekly/fortnightly/monthly and annual payrolls
Managing a team of 6 staff in the payroll/employment tax team
The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA or ATT Qualified or an HR professional with a particular interest in employment tax with 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably from a public services environment.
