Our client is a leading independent international oil and gas exploration and development company with a strong worldwide presence and an exceptional recent performance when compared to its competitors.
They are looking to hire an Employment Tax Advisor to join their UK head office based in London. They will offer a salary in the region of £50,000 to £55,000 as well as an excellent benefits package, including flexible working hours, company pension contributions and an incentived bonus scheme.
This position reports to the Employment Tax Manager and has responsibility for providing employment tax advice to stakeholders and clients, reviewing existing UK employment tax processes, preparation of annual PAYE settlement agreement, as well as contributing to advice and planning on share schemes and global mobility procedures.
They are looking for someone with previous experience in employment taxes gained either at a Top ten accountancy practice or in a sizeable and reputable commercial organisation. Previous expatriate tax experience would be a bonus and those with professional qualifications will be preferred.
The ideal candidate will have spent time in the Big 4 in employment tax, will be CTA qualified and will have had some experience in share schemes and global mobility.
