An opportunity to join the Employer Consulting team, working closely with clients on all aspects of employer tax: share schemes, advising on tax implications and bonuses, structuring employee plans in the context of company sales, purchases, flotation and other transactions. You will have opportunities to develop your management skills and take ownership of your work. The ability to establish rapport is essential and you will be supported by the team and managers.

- A proven track record in the employer consulting market or share schemes experience gained in a large law firm.
- Strong client engagement and management experience with the ability to develop new business.
- Team player with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload with a flexible approach.
- Able to take ownership and use initiative to resolve problems.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Ability to deal effectively and establish rapport with people at all levels (clients, partners and staff).
- Ability to exercise appropriate level of judgement.
