A leading investment bank is looking for an Employment Tax Manager to join a small team in London on an interim basis.
The successful candidate will be involved in the UK employment taxes side, expatriate tax and assignee management, share schemes/compensation and will have some exposure to international (especially European) work.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager and the UK Head of Tax, the ideal candidate will have the following attributes:-
Good experience and technical knowledge of UK employee tax and legislation;
Experience with expatriate tax and issues surrounding global mobility of personnel
Ambition to succeed;
Self-motivation and be able and willing to learn quickly and broaden your skill-base;
Experience in ensuring compliance and preparing due diligence reports for employment tax, employee compensation and benefits, NIC;
Preparing calculations of PAYE Settlement Agreements (PSA) and Tax Award Schemes (TAS).
This role would suit an individual who is able to hit the ground running. You will be confident in your ability and have a solid technical knowledge of current legislation.
