Experienced senior manager sought for a business development role, providing employee taxes advice to a captive market of existing clients who increasingly need input in to this area. The role encompasses, amongst others: all employee tax, national insurance, planning and compliance issues; advice on the implementation of bonus and share schemes.
Additionally the effect on these schemes of changing business structures; advice on expatriate tax matters including policies; implementation/overhaul of expense procedures; advice on risk issues. As well as advisory work the role involves ongoing health check reviews.
Many of the clients have never received advice in this area and as such it represents and opportunity to develop a business case for partnership. Reporting to a partner and with one assistant there is plenty of scope for development and future reward based on performance.
