EMEA Tax Manager - Finance Projects

The Role
? Ensure changes in accounting standards are transformed into Management Reporting (compliance with corporate reporting requirements)
? Monitor and analyse recent developments of US-GAAP accounting principles
? Run/Support international projects (e.g. reserve adequacy, purchase accounting,
? Sarbanes-Oxley, Pensions, deferred tax accounting, EBS improvement, legal group
restructuring
? Analyse/determine implications of acquisition/divestiture projects with respect to US GAAP implications
? Quantify impact of relevant modifications of accounting regulations and prepare implementation scenarios
? Support external closing and audit process
? Develop and conduct training programs for finance associates on selective topics
? Ensure EMEA tax accounting and reporting manuals are in line with Corporate policy and US-GAAP requirements
The Experience
? Professional accounting certification - CPA
? Graduate level in Finance Accounting / Business Administration (preferably MBA or CPA)
? Min. 5-7 years job related business experience with tax or technical auditing background
? Industry work experience preferred
? US-GAAP experience
? International business experience
? Country specific and fluent English language skills
? Advanced PC skills, SAP Experience
? Communication, presentation and rhetorical skills
