Director Corporate Tax (m/f)
you report directly to the Global Head of Tax. You are responsible for corporate tax matters such as:
-Managing major corporate tax risks and opportunities
-Managing the group’s transfer pricing policies
-Leading or supporting tax audits and tax litigation
-Providing guidance and support on matters of corporate tax and legal structure
-Managing tax consultants in multiple jurisdictions
-Building and leading a small team of tax/transfer pricing experts
We seek a well educated (university degree in economics, finance, accounting or law) and experienced senior corporate tax specialist with strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate project management and negotiation abilities. The ideal applicant must have strong experience and a solid understanding of transfer pricing in an international environment. This position requires a team player with strong analytical skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, French would be a plus.
