We are looking for talented individuals to join
our M&A Transaction Services Tax Group. You'll be responsible for:
- Working with a team to provide due diligence and structuring services associated with M&A, divestments, private equity, infrastructure and IPO
- Advising high profile clients on domestic and cross border transactions
- Working with a team to deliver research and advice on a variety of tax issues, including optimal financing techniques and tax structuring advice
You'll need some experience on corporate and/or international tax consulting with a law or accounting firm, and strong skills in tax consolidation, debt/equity financing and transaction analysis (with at least some exposure to international tax advisory). The ability to demonstrate skills in managing/working in a team, developing junior colleagues and co-ordinating client projects will be preferred.
