Our Corporate and International Tax team is expanding rapidly, providing expert consulting advice and compliance services to corporate tax payers covering a wide range of issues such as mergers & acquisitions; tax consolidation; tax losses; capital gains tax; foreign exchange and more. Our growth is creating opportunities for outstanding Senior Managers with a hunger for success to join our growing Sydney M&A team.

Be involved in:
- leading project teams to provide tax structuring services associated with a variety of cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs and IPOs
- advising high profile multi-national clients on inbound and outbound transactions, formulating and optimising global tax strategies
- working with a global network of international tax practitioners to develop cutting edge tax ideas and solutions
- mentoring and developing junior team members

You'll currently be working in a chartered, legal or industry tax advisory role and be seeking to join a successful tax practice with a large and challenging client base which will allow you to develop to your full potential.
