Our Financial Services Tax team is expanding rapidly, providing expert consulting advice and
compliance services to Financial Institutions covering a wide range of issues such as mergers & acquisitions; tax consolidation; tax losses; capital gains tax; foreign exchange and more. Our growth is creating opportunities for outstanding Senior Analysts with a hunger for success to join our growing Sydney team.
Be involved in:
? developing strong client relationships with a variety of Retail & Investment Banks, Funds Managers and Asset Managers and looking for opportunities to acquire new work through existing client relationships
? anticipating changes in tax laws and regulations and providing advice on the reporting and business planning impact / implications for clients
?Assisting with cross border transactions, mergers and acquisitions and international tax advice
You'll currently be working in a chartered, legal or industry tax advisory role and be seeking to join a successful tax practice with a large and challenging client base which will allow you to develop to
your full potential.
