The Role:
Managing a portfolio of clients for the provision of strategic customs duties planning and technical advice;
Briefing project teams and delegating work.
Reviewing and signing off work
Overseeing the management of an engagement and ensuring the smooth delivery of results;
Building and maintaining strong client relationships with both existing and new clients.
Managing client expectations;
Leading and motivating a team;
Coaching and developing staff with hands on advice and support;
Networking internally and externally, on a local and International basis, to establish and enhance client relationships;
Preparing and delivering new business proposals;
