Top-tier firm with a reputation as the leading providers of wealth management advisory services to clients requires a talented Senior Manager to join its Corporate Tax division, with a focus on its Owner Managed Business team. This Southampton based firm offers the unique opportunity of working outside of the London area, whilst still maintaining a strong focus on a highly profitable client portfolio.
Reporting to the Partner, and responsible for the management of junior members of the team, the key aspects of this role are as follows:
- Assisting Directors and Partners in planning projects whilst dealing with ad hoc advisory work
- Reviewing HMRC correspondence of compliance and advisory nature
- Monitoring time limits and elections for compliance portfolio
- Proactively providing a dedicated service to major clients and acting as their major point of contact
- Appraising and coaching Trainees and Seniors
The successful candidate will be ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent with strong Corporate Tax experience. This role provides the opportunity to work within a strong and highly successful team, within a firm that recruits rarely, resulting in absolute job security and the chance to work within a high flying team.
