You will be advising on day to day issues as well as the tax impact of proposed transactions affecting both the owners and their businesses including business purchases and sales, flotations and management buy-outs.
You will have exposure to;
Dealing with the more complex corporate tax compliance affairs for a portfolio of clients.
Providing ad hoc tax consultancy and planning advice on both corporate and personal tax issues.
Providing tax support and advice to the partners in respect of corporate finance transactions. This will include undertaking due diligence reviews as well as advising on the taxation aspects of the deal structure; tax warranties and indemnities etc.
Assisting the partners and directors in the development of the office and the tax department in particular..
