| Description: | This Big 4 firm in London is currently looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to join the Corporate team to provide a high standard of corporate tax advice, including related tax matter arising to both internal and external clients and to develop the department as a while. You will assist international clients with advice on structures across Europe.
You will be required to liaise with the relevant authorities and other departments within the firm to ensure that a total service is provided to the client. You will provide support with M&A advice, corporate re-structuring, transfer pricing and ad-hoc advice.
Key skills will include technical efficiency, people management, business development and strategic planning and goal setting. |
