Constantly working on some of the world's most complex and innovative projects, they have become a true giant in this arena, working across a diverse range of disciplines.
As a result of continual client growth and a diverse business model, our clients now have a need for a corporate tax specialist to join this team and work on UK and International tax matters, for the UK and overseas offices. This role will include:
•Tax reporting matters for the UK and overseas groups, including UK and US GAAP
•Tax compliance services, including UK and Group returns for the EMEA region
•Reviewing Transfer Pricing documentation
•Working with the senior members of the team on planning projects
•M&A and restructuring advice to the group
•Managing the relationships with the HMRC and external advisors
You will be professionally qualified with experience of working within dynamic and challenging environments. Additionally you will be a confident communicator up to board level, have a proven track record of high achievement in an international tax role and have strong time management skills
