This FTSE 250 has a large international network with markets in Eastern Europe and South America. As group tax manager your responsibilities will include dealing with project work as well as assisting in international issues.
Some specifics of the role:
• Advising on tax efficient ways of structuring entry into new overseas markets;
• Formulation of transfer pricing methodologies both with respect to transactions with overseas entities and with the UK companies including APA applications;
• Advising on the complex CFC tax issues surrounding the company’s
overseas subsidiaries;
• Ensuring the group’s treasury strategy is effected in a tax efficient manner;
• Dividend planning and repatriation of overseas reserves;
• VAT planning and minimisation of irrecoverable VAT;
• Assisting in the management of the tax charge for the group.
You will ideally be a qualified or equivalent tax professional.
