The role:

* Providing advice to the business so as to ensure tax-efficient decisions are made.
* Ensure all tax implications are fully evaluated and explained across the business.
* Coordinate the completion of necessary UK Corporation Tax schedules and ensure their timely review.• Ensure the entities meet their tax obligations in overseas territories.
* Calculate and / or review the tax estimates in the P&L and balance sheet of plans, budgets and forecasts.
* Supervise and provide expert advice on the submission of VAT / Intrastat returns.
* Coordinate tax advice provision and liaison with H.M.R.C.
* Liaise and work closely with the Group Head of Tax.
* Implement and improve processes for all tax compliance work.
* Encouraging a sufficiently high profile within the business for tax issues and being able to explain them to non-tax professionals.

You will ideally posses extensive UK tax compliance and advisory experience. You will have the ability to liaise with staff at all levels and provide board-level advice
