If you are an experienced corporate tax specialist, this is a broad role that offers you the chance to showcase your tax skills, whilst also building on your knowledge. In addition to corporate tax compliance and reporting responsibilities, you will play a key part in advising the group companies on the tax implications of issues such as corporate sales and acquisitions as well as other projects and transactions.
To be successful in this role, you will have an appreciation of the commercial issues facing businesses and of the group structure and interdependency within that. You should have the ability to see the 'big picture' rather than just isolated tax issues, and have the skills to build relationships across the business.
