Work one of the largest and most successful companies in the FTSE 100.This is a great opportunity for a proactive, focused and commercially aware Tax Manager to take ownership for the compliance and planning in respect of the Group's UK & Overseas tax issues. This is a highly diverse role, with development opportunities.In return for your commitment you will receive a great salary package and that rare option within an in-house role - prospects to advance.Some aspects of the role:

* Responsibility for a portfolio of UK companies
* Preparation and agreement of underlying rates of tax of the Group's foreign subsidiaries
* Analysis of the exposure to UK CFC legislation of the Group's overseas subsidiaries
* Review of & advising upon Transfer Pricing policies Assisting on a variety of project work, including worldwide corporate structures and tax efficient acquisitions and divestments
