The International Corporate Tax team advises both UK and foreign-based multinationals on cross-border transactions, including financing structures and re-organisations, as well as providing pro-active tax planning. The work in this area is interesting, varied and challenging. This will be an opportunity to enhance your technical skills and to work on a range of cross-border transactions and issues with clients.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role can be broken down as follows:

Managing the implementation of specific transactions;
Providing specialist tax input;
Assisting in product development; and
Developing relationships with clients and contributing to marketing
