My client, a leading independent in Warwickshire is looking to add to their already impressive corporate tax team. Reporting in to the corporate tax manager you will be expected to manage the corporation tax compliance for a range of clients as well as assisting the manager with adhoc advisory projects as & when. The ideal candidate will have around 2 years experience of corporate tax & can be either someone ambitious & wanting to progress or it can be someone who is happy to operate at this level long-term.
Duties as follows:
*Individual to deal with corporate tax compliance for a range of corporate tax clients;
*Preparation of tax computations, returns and tax disclosures for accounts, monitoring tax payments, iXBRL tax return filing and assisting with ad hoc advice;
*Able to work on own initiative supporting members of the tax and offices teams on corporate tax compliance issues;
*Some experience of compliance for companies essential;
*Experience of owner managed businesses/personal tax would be helpful;
*Computer literate and experienced in using tax compliance packages and word processing and spreadsheet packages ideally Word and Excel;
*Good communications skills for internal and client contact;
*Ability to work as part of a dedicated team reporting to the corporate tax manager;
*Strong organisational skills and time management discipline needed; and
