The Role:
The primary objective of the role is to work within the central Group Tax Accounting Department to ensure that the tax figures in the Quarterly and Annual Reports are correct. This involves liaising with the Group Tax departments in the locations.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Projects in relation to changes to accounting standards and tax accounting implications.
- Ensuing that SoX and other operational and compliance requirements for Group Tax Accounting are met.
- Reviewing the corporate income tax P&L and balance sheet figures booked by locations on a quarterly basis.
You:
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding and experience of corporate tax and compliance processes. The role also requires this individual to be ACA and 4 years relevant experience within the Big 4 and/or Financial Services.
