This international accountancy firm is looking for a corporate tax assistant manager to deal with the corporate tax compliance and ad-hoc advisory issues on a large spectrum of industries and client sizes in the middle market, including owner managed businesses, private equity backed companies and plcs.
You will be responsible for providing corporate tax compliance and ad-hoc advisory services to a sizeable allocation of clients. Responsibilities would include:
• Developing and maintaining good client relationships;
• Ensuring the corporate tax compliance process is controlled effectively;
• Providing tax advice on advisory projects;
• Supervising and coaching junior members of staff;
• Managing the day to day client relationship;
• Involvement in business development opportunities.
You should be ACA/ACCA/ICAEW/ CTA qualified or a qualified Inspector of Taxes with full technical training. You must have strong corporate tax compliance knowledge including experience of dealing with large groups and ideally some international tax issues. You should also be a team player who is able to communicate effectively at all levels.
