The Role
- Assisting with group structuring and financing projects: researching tax implications, formulating step plans, and financial modelling.
- Various project work including review of corporate structure, development of the group funding structure, reorganisation of company sub-groups, etc.
- Assisting with group tax reporting for management and financial accounts.
- Support to other members of the team dealing with a range of projects, including corporate and for overseas jurisdictions
Qualifications/Experience required
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- Experience of corporate tax within a large multinational, or within a practice firm advising to such
- Knowledge of tax reporting requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent team work skills
