A leading FTSE 100 Property Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Accountant to join their high profile Tax function. This is a highly engaging role that will require a commercially astute individual who has a proven track record of delivering efficient tax solutions in a tightly regulated market.
The successful individual will work with finance and non-finance executives on acquisition and disposal projects and be a key tax resource during the deal structuring process. You will manage corporate, financial and tax due diligence during the lifecycle of a transaction and have the capability to highlight areas of concern during the process. You will also engage in corporate tax compliance requiring you to prepare and submit iXBRL compliant tax calculations as well as managing the returns process for up to 300 entities.
In order to apply for this position you must be an ACA or CTA qualified Tax Professional who has experience of managing taxation issues for a property focused entity/business. Candidates from In-House operations as well as the Big 4 / Top 10 Practices will be considered.
