Global Tax Recruitment a division of Global Audit Recruitment are currently working in partnership with their Luxembourg based client to recruit a Coporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager for their expanding team. The team work cross border with other European offices so some travel may be necessary, they are also purely focussed on financial services clients so experience in this sector is essential.
Responsibilities will include
Tax advisory services to companies with inbound operations, Tax due diligence in the context of merges and acquisition, Tax accrual reviews as part of audit missions, Advisory services in relation to transfer pricing; Advisory services in relation to tax risk management; Tax reporting services and holding entities, including preparation of corporate tax returns and other filings, review of assessments and dealings with tax authorities.
You should have at least 5 years in Luxembourg corporate taxation and a solid knowledge about about Luxembourg tax legislation and tax reporting procedures; knowledge of income tax reporting rules under US GAAP and IFRS would be an asset. Fluency in English and German or French is required.
