Looking to build on the success this firm has had over the years in providing high quality tax advice to its client-base, a vacancy now exists for a commercially-minded Senior Manager.

Key Duties

Designing and implementing share-based reward and incentive schemes for directors, employees and non-executive directors
All tax aspects of share schemes, including the complex tax legislation on "unapproved" share arrangements
Transactions involving share schemes, for instance sales, conversions of shares, alterations to schemes
The use of employee benefit trusts
Advice on the accounting impact of share based remuneration, so that clients can evaluate the effect of such arrangements on their reported profits
Staff communications involving share schemes, for instance explaining share schemes and any alterations to them, such that motivation and morale are maintained
