Central London based Big 4 firm with state of the art offices in requires an ambitious and talented Senior Associate to join its highly successful Corporate Tax team. This role offers the successful candidate the chance to work with a host of blue chip clients. This position will involve offering a meticulous professional service whilst helping develop firm client relationships.
Having regular contact with the relevant Director and reporting to the Senior Manager, the key responsibilities are as follows:
- Supporting major corporate transactions, cross border structuring projects and providing domestic and international advice
- Drafting work to the highest standard for the Senior Manager to approve
- Developing and maintaining close client relationships
- Assisting on day-to-day UK tax matters and audit of tax work
- Supporting Senior Manager within your team and working to a high calibre
Whilst having a proven record of dealing with audit of tax is preferable, this is not essential. It is essential, however, to have international and UK corporate tax advisory experience.
